Recipe: Maple Almond Trail Balls (or Bars!)

No bake.  All good.


Maple Almond Trail Balls (or Bars!)

 

3/4 cup tamari almonds
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup of large flake oats
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
4 tbs maple syrup
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Pulse almonds and raisins in food processor until they are chopped slightly.  Add remaining ingredients until combined.  Add more wet or dry ingredients, if needed, to reach desired consistency.  Roll into 16-20 balls or flatten into an 8*8 dish lined with saran wrap or parchment paper.  Freeze then cut into 16-20 bars.  Enjoy!
